Private, spacious double room in Draycott, Derby

Private double room located on a quiet street in the peaceful village of Draycott. This newly decorated, spacious room includes a comfortable double bed, a 40" TV with freeview, Wi-Fi and a work desk. The house is located on a peaceful street and there is free parking available on the drive. Guests will have access to their own private double room, plus a shared bathroom and kitchen. Guests will have as much privacy as they wish but I'll always be on hand to help, usually in person as I live here, but if not then by phone. My home is located on a peaceful street in the charming village of Draycott. Despite it's quiet appearance, there is plenty to do and see here. There are a variety of restaurants and pubs (including a micro brewery) all within walking distance of my house, and a Chinese takeaway just around the corner that I'd happily recommend. There's also a lovely Victorian vintage tea room just across the road. If you fancy some fresh air there's lots of countryside to take a stroll in. Draycott is situated between Nottingham and Derby and both city centres are accessible by a single bus, plus the bus stops are only a 1 minute walk away. The M1 motorway can be accessed easily and East Midlands airport is less than a 20 minute drive away. I can usually be flexible with my check-in times, especially at the weekends. An earlier check-in is definitely an option with me but please ask about it first.
