A 30%rental reduction is offered for monthly stays, benificial to families relocating or renovating. The apartment is 130 square meters of private living space with balcony. Large enclosed back yard where children can play. It backs on to bush land with trees & native birds, yet within close proximity to public transport & city. It is a very peaceful area & very quiet neighbour hood. It is an ideal home for migrant families relocating on the Upper North Shore. Last year we helped five families from different countries relocate in the area. Access to all amenities in apartment. We are able to help throughout guests stay. We do not rent the apartment if were out of town. Depending on the guest, we can help on a daily basis or less frequently if they want their privacy. We are in a very quiet area & back on to bush land with trees& birds. The closeness to public transport & the city is a great asset. Train to city from Gordon Station 30mins. 20mins drive to city. 5min drive to Gordon Station with free all day parking at one of the car parks. 5mins drive to Macquarie Park shopping centre & University. Easy drive to beaches with public transport at Station. For long term bookings of a week or more no breakfast is offered after the first few days. There is always a cleaning fee at the end of these bookings.
