Comfortable double bedroom with shower. Dorking

The bedroom is comfortable, spacious and quiet. It has an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a stunning view over Dorking toward the North Downs. We live in a lovely old house in a peaceful area of Dorking. The restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Kate and I enjoy welcoming guests to our home. We provide a simple breakfast in our kitchen. Guests will be able to use the kitchen to make meals by arrangement. We'd be very happy to give guests advice on places to visit nearby, and where to shop, eat and drink The area is very peaceful. There are 2 pubs within a 5 minute walk. The town centre is a 10 minute walk away, or less by bus, with more pubs, restaurants and shops. There are three supermarkets (Sainsbury, Waitrose and Lidl) 10 minutes away by foot or less by car or bus. Box Hill, Leith Hill and Ranmore Common (National Trust) are all nearby and provide some beautiful walks and views. The house is 2 minutes from a bus stop to the town centre and railway stations. Dorking (Main) provides regular trains to London Victoria and Waterloo. Dorking Deepdene provides trains to Gatwick and Reading. The 2 main railway stations take 7 minutes to reach by car or 30 minutes on foot. Free parking is available on the road outside the house. There is a small and friendly dog in the home. The dog does not have access to the first floor where the bedroom is located.
