5 acre farmlet with big farmhouse New BnB with sparkling ensuites, best linens, cosy décor & a sense of fun. I am a working artist so there is always something arty happening. A water & land experience being close to extensive Gippsland Lakes, 90 mile beach & the many rivers around. A full cooked breakfast is served. The 3 bedrooms cost $160 for each room per night, 2 people in each room. For 3 or more people cost is 2 rooms at $310 and the full BnB using the 3 bedrooms is $400 per night. Gabrielle has conducted a medal winning BnB in Cairns so has many years experience. She is so excited about showing off this beautiful area and helping everyone to enjoy the delights of East Gippsland. I like looking after guests and making sure they enjoy their stay with me. Guests have their own section of the Farmhouse and front porch but of course can join me in the other sections at different times. I am always here to welcome you, assist with needs, cater for special requests, or enjoy a drink on the front porch which looks out to Lake King. Assist with tourist questions. I really enjoy meeting my guests. Within 15 minutes or less there are many winery's, a brewery & restaurant, the freshest seafood available, great cafes & bars, amazing golf courses, home produce farmgate sales, successful fishing spots, There is no public transport from my place but the Train does to go from Melbourne to Bairnsdale whichg is 15 minutes away. It's a lovely farmlet with a big house, lots of verandah space. big gardens, gum trees, long front drive, space to relax and breathe, warm cosy rooms. A private entrance for guests, large patio and covered BBQ area with outdoor furniture. Electric BBQ supplied. Friendly animals if you want to go and visit them.
