Easy walking distance to modestly-priced restaurants, stores, and amenities on the town's 'main street'. Reasonable usage of living room w/ fireplace, TV room, and kitchen. Washer and Dryer in basement. "Interaction with guests" is a bit-of-both (socialization & privacy) Good knowledge of surrounding areas and NYC Modest private homes w/ well-kept yards. Mixed community. Relaxed, stable, and friendly. Neighbors often stroll the streets. Bus to/from NYC (45 min trip) every 1/2 hour. Bus stop is less than 5 min away by car. Abundant parking.
