Newly renovated spacious, fully finished basement apartment with private entrance. One queen size bed, a huge couch which can be used as additional sleeping space for two adults and a pack and play. Full bathroom with basic essentials and clean towels for use. Living area has a smart TV, Hulu account is linked. Pool table and Fussball table. Brand new kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, cups, sugar & creamer provided. Guests have the 1500 sqft basement to themselves, shared back yard with owners of the house. Parks all over the community within short walking distances. Free parking on the side of the road in front of the house. We are a social family and are always available for our guests. Parks, pools, dining in downtown DC all within 30 min. Metro station is about 12 minutes from this location. Free use of fire pit and grill after communication :)
