Cozy one room near subway in Dongdaemun-gu

My place is located about 10 meters from the subway on a newly contructed building. It is close to a traditional market, parks, arts and culture, shopping area. It is only a few minutes away by subway from the city proper and tourist areas like: - Dongdaemun Market (5 min) ~ 3.5 km - Gwanghwamun Plaza (12 min) - 5.8 km - Seoul City Hall (14 min) - 5.5 km - Seoul Station (16 min) - 8.6 km - Myeongdong (12 min) - 6.1 km - Gyeongbokgung Palace - 5.3 km - Changdeokgung Palace - 4.4 km It is a private studio with a kitchenette, private bathroom with a shower and bidet. There is a built-in refrigerator, washing machine and air-conditioning. Clean bed sheets and towels for guests. Extra bedding if needed. Cooking utensils available. There is a traditional market nearby, a supermarket within walking distance and lots of restaurants offering traditional and specialized Korean dishes. My place is very close to the subway line 1 ~ which is the same line with Seoul Station, City Hall, Dongdaemun and Cheongnyangri. You don't need to walk far from the subway ~ less than 10 meters from the exit. You could take the limousine bus or the airport train and transfer from Seoul Station. Nice restaurants around the area: - Lotteria (fast food burger) on the ground floor - Dunkin Donuts (donuts and coffee) on the ground floor - Chae Sun Dang (across the road, famous shabu-shabu restaurant) - Hamheung Kalbitang (across the road, famous for its kalbitang)
