A spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation in a central location of a popular holiday destination in Leysdown-On-Sea. It is close to the sea front with shops and amusement arcades right on your doorstep. This property is situated above a family amusement arcade and therefore noise from machines has to be expected during opening hours. A cosy and spacious 2 bedroom property suitable for a family of up to 5. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a double room with a King size bed and a second triple room with bunk beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, lounge and bathroom with a double shower. Basic essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided for guests to use. This property is mostly suitable for a family stay due to the triple bunk bed as a double and a single bed overhead although could accommodate up to 5 adults sharing. I live local to the property and during evenings and weekends am readily available in person. The accommodation is above our family owned amusement arcade and somebody will always be on hand to answer any queries during the day if the need arises. Within the local area there is a sandy beach, family amusement arcades, a local pub, a bakery with freshly baked bread and cakes daily and coffee and ice cream facilities. There is a nine hole crazy golf experience and a tidy children’s play area. All of these facilities are right on the Promenade. There is a local bus route if you want to explore the attractions offered on the island.
