Beautiful brand new top floor apartment, right across from the tranquil harbour of Rhos on Sea. Stunning views of the North Wales coast are outside your window. Watch the sunrise as you relax. The apartment has off road parking for one car, and is within 200 metres of all the shops and restaurants in Rhos. The A55 is only a couple of minutes away, giving quick access to Snowdonia and Anglesey. The apartment is on the top floor, and has a tastefully decorated inteior, with full double glazing . One of a very few properties in the area that is actually on the beach. On site parking, and restuarants and shops just around the corner make this a unique destination. There is a front door, with access up the stairs to the self contained apartment. The property is 100 yards away from the main street. This has lots of shops, restaurants and a co op. The beach is directly across the road. If you have a pet, please let me know as there is an additional £10 fee. Parking is quite tight. Please see check in details the night before for instructions.
