Hello! House. A minimalist private room for you...

Our house located in a neat, safe, and easy to access area. Its a cluster that surrounds with a minimalist houses. It consist of two floors, yet AirBnB private rooms located in the 2nd floor of the house. Easy access to north & west ring-road of Yogyakarta. Only 15 minutes from Tugu Jogja (the iconic Jogja Landmarks), Malioboro street, and several tourist sites. We provide 2 rooms for AirBnB guests. One room consist of queen bed (160x200), while the other room is consist of single bed (120x200), we also provide an extra bed without additional fee, if the guests are 4 people. A shared bathroom is available on the 2nd floor. We also have another bathroom on the 1st floor that usually used by us (the owner). However, we do not have hot water for the shower. There is air conditioner, TV cable, WiFi, desk, drawers and clothes hangers in each rooms. We also provide towels, and extra blanket if needed. Soap and Shampoo are provided in the bathroom. Tea & Coffee corner are available in the 2nd floor, with water dispenser, bread and its toaster. You are also allowed to use and access the kitchen and living room in the first floor. Me and my husband are very happy to meet new people. So we would be very happy to host you, knowing you, and even give information about jogja, tourist sites, and many other things. We would be happy to assist you during your stay in Jogja. We are very near to one of Jogja's main roads, called jalan Godean, which has abundant choices for groceries stores, and restaurants. We are located near to several campuses such as Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta, Sanata Dharma. Near by shopping malls such as Jogja City Mall and Sleman City Hall. If you are an international tourist we suggest you to rent a car (with a driver) or rent a motorcycle if it is a common thing for you. In Jogja, people usually used an online application (like uber) to get around. Two commonly used vendors are Grab and Gojek, they both have motorbike and car services. And they also provide delivery food services. however, Jogja also has public bus, that covers most tourist sites in the city of Jogja. It is cheaper, however the crowd and the waiting time might somehow disturbing. Feel free to ask me directly if you have further questions.
