87 East Street Room 2

A bright en suite single room with two windows at the front of the house. It is a house shared with other guests. It has a kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room and garden. The bathroom has a shower and is quite compact. There are two other rooms for let at 87 East Street and you can see them both on Airbnb if you search 87 East Street. Prices are negotiable please ask for further details. 87 East Street is a large period property near the center of Ashburton. We have been letting rooms for a number of years and we take care to make everyone welcome and keep the rooms clean and beautiful. There are three rooms to let in the building and this is room 2. Guests have access to the whole house. Their room is private but the kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room and garden are shared. My dogs also use the garden but they will never be in the house. My interaction with guests will be fairly minimal. I will greet you and make you welcome, I clean the rooms once a week if you stay for more than a week but other than that I will leave you to yourself. Ashburton is a lovely quiet town with quite a few foodie shops and antique shops. It has nice cafes and restaurants to eat in and it is Dartmoor's doorstep. Car is the best way to travel to Ashburton and it also opens up Dartmoor and the surrounding area. You can reach Ashburton by bus from Exeter, Plymouth, Newton Abbot and Totnes. If you are travelling by train stop at Newton Abbot and catch a taxi from there. If you require any help please ask me. I have dogs that use the garden although they are never in the house itself.
