Cottage in the cotswolds
Set in the countryside, this rural property has idyllic views over Cheltenham and Gloucester. Situated in the middle of the Cotswold Way, it is ideal for walkers, nature enthusiasts and nice doggies! (Cheese rolling hill 300m away) The cottage is a 20 minute drive away from Cheltenham racecourse and 15 minutes from neighbouring towns; Gloucester, Stroud and Cheltenham. Guests have private access to garden displayed in the cover photo. 1-2 car spaces are available directly outside of the property. If you need to bring more, please ask and parking on the main drive can be arranged. **Please do not use neighbours driveway to turn around** Cottage is attached to the main house but guests have their own walk way and front door access. The cottage has a classic steep winding staircase which is lovely feature for some but for others would be rather difficult to manage. Own stairway to house and personal front door Front garden Side garden including a fire pit and BBQ area Back garden with gravel patio (accessed by steps or from cottage backdoor) **Please do not turn around in neighbours driveway** We would be pleased to advise you on routes, transport, restaurants etc. With only having a handful of houses on the hill, staying here is the ultimate city escape. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive away (Tesco Extra) Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud are all a 15 minute drive away. Public transport is available at the bottom of the hill (5-10 min walk) The cottage is situated on the cotswold way so perfect for casual or keen walkers. 2 minute walk away from the famous cheese rolling hill. 30 minute walk from local pub.
