Rustic country villa, VILLA MORLAKIA

Our beautiful villa is the perfect escape for families or a group of friends, with comfortable living and lots of space and charm. 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2.5 bathrooms, bbq, pool, bocce pitch, kid's swing, basketball hoop, large stone barn and onsite parking. It's a short drive to beaches, national parks and old towns. Spacious and peaceful and quiet! We are situated on a large property with fig trees, almond trees and an olive grove. Our villa has both modern and traditional elements with a self contained bedroom and ensuite downstairs, a family style home with balcony views upstairs, and a charming barn with a sofa bed, huge dining area and 2nd kitchen adjoining. We have a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our recreation areas are fun for young and old, and our pool with outdoor shower brings welcome relief on the hot summer days. Property is easily accessable off main road via driveway and lockable gate. Guests have access to separate laundry room with storage area, pool with large surrounds, pool house/storage, pool toilet, bocce pitch, stone barn, orchard and adjoining walking paths. Most mornings for watering and maintenance. We don't require guest interaction unless there is an issue in which case we are always, available and live locally. We are just over 1km from Benkovac town in a country setting. The area is great for cycling and walking and exploring nature. Surrounding properties include farms with live animals, crops and vinyards. No public transport. There are local buses from Benkovac town to Zadar, Biograd, Šibenik and major cities. Benkavac town is approx a 20 min walk. Ask your host for local tips and we are happy to help.
