Asmini room + Aircondition+ Central Stonetown

My place is right in the centre of Stone Town in Mkunazini area. Everything is within a short walking distance, from areas of tourists interest (like the slave market, the old fort, forodhani gardens with it's famous food market and many more) to restaurants and hotels which ober a varoety of cuisines. If you would like to enjoy a Zanzibar cuisine then Lukmaan's is just around the corner. I am happy to welcome people from all over the world to stay at my place. This is called the Asmini room. It has an outside bathroom which is shared with another twin bedroom. Inside there is an air conditioning and fan. There are 2 beds, both are single beds. There is a working table inside and closet space for storing clothes. All guests are welcome to use the lounge area, a kitchen and washing machine. I have 4 other rooms for rent on the same floor so you will be sharing these spaces with with other guests depending on occupancy. The building is located near restaurants and hotels so it is easy to get meals and entertainments. It is a very safe neighborhood, we are surrounded by local families so it is nice to walk around and see how life is in Stone Town. If you are arriving by car you can come up to the front door of the house as there is car passage, the parking area is a 3 minutes walk from the house. Public transport is also only 3 minutes away
