Amber (C) has a private and secluded outdoor seating area surround with bamboo and flowers; and a private car park beside it. Free wifi; smart tv with free Netflix & Amazon films; easy to access our 8 aces back garden, walking along the lake or to be arranged for fishing. Ideally for couples or a family of three ; two business guests. It’s situated in half way between Gatwick airport and Brigton (20mins), there is a local pub, Starbucks, Burger King, Waitrose nearby; Hickstead showground and many tourist attractions. The bespoke lodge has a homely, cosy and warm atmosphere. It has underfloor heating and air conditioner, and faces due south which allows for breakfast on the secluded patio in warmer weather. BBQ equipments provided. Everything is provided for your comfort and all practical needs, such as coffee maker, extra pillows and blanket. Tea and coffee are provided. Comfortable bedroom with a double bed; a dressing table and wardrobe; a tv and double glazed door easy access to the outdoor patio. Cosy living room has a flat smart TV, with totally free Netflix and amazon films, and a sofa can turned to a bed. A fitted kitchen with hobs and oven, microwave, toaster, small fridge/frizzer, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Each Lodge has its own entrance and gate, giving the guests ultimate privacy. Its easy to access a 8 acres golf course designed back garden, and a private lake for a walk or to be arranged for fishing. Guests are welcome to wander around in our 8 acres back garden for a walk or to be arranged for fishing in the lake. We live the next door, so welcome to knock my door or call me if you have any questions or need anything. National Express and local bus stop in 10 minutes walking distance and train over 3 miles away, a car or taxi is essential. Situated just off the A23, Amber Lodge is surrounded by the rich Sussex countryside, the property is less than half an hour away from Gatwick Airport, and 12 miles north of both the cosmopolitan city of Brighton and the town of Hove, with attractions ranging from Regency terraces and the Royal Pavilion, to the trendy Lanes district and the British Airways i360 observation tower. Each lodge has one parking space, however, if you come with more than one car please contact me, you might able to park outside of our house in an open area. Parking is provided beside the lodge, it is also used by other Airbnb guests. We appreciate that you are respectful to the property and its surroundings. Our home is eco-friendly to ensure that please could you help to use as little energy as possible, and please turn off the lights when you leave the lodge.
