For ARTISTS -- ARTISANS - ADVENTURER'S -- CREATIVES -- ROMANTIC GETAWAYS -- SELECTED PARTIES* In the chalet, you'll have exclusive use of: 2 Bedrooms, sleep up to 6 x people - Queen Room (Sleeps 2), Double Room (Sleeps 2), Sofa Bed Sleeps 2 2 En Suites - showers, toilets Kitchen - Full kitchen in Suite (downstairs), with Kitchenette in Queen Room (upstairs) Library / Lounge room (Sofa Bed located here) Dining room / Studio with adjacent Sink An outdoor deck that overlooks natural bushland & our seasonal creek On the property we also have: - 74 hectares of natural bushland - Pool - Tennis Courts - Sauna, plus: - A range of recreational trails that can be walked, hiked, or mountain biking. For the more adventurous spirits, there's even a trail that lets you hike to the summit of Mt Wongawallen. The chalet has been completely renovated and boasts a brand new addition (bedroom, dining/studio space, bathroom) in an ‘Explorer’ theme – harkening back to the era of mystery, expeditions, discovery, adventure, intrigue & most importantly...exploration. Downstairs in the ‘living quarters,’ where you will find books-a-plenty. The sitting room boasts a three-seater Sofa-Bed & a 1-seater reclining Chesterfield (or what we call 'The Writer's Chair'). The sitting room basks in the sunny afternoon and is the perfect spot for reading, writing, or board games. Next to this, you'll find the dining room which has a 4 seater table, laundry in the cupboard which doubles as the 'Studio' space for those Creative Souls. Opening from the living room is the newly renovated deck - let yourself bask in the ambiance of nature's surroundings, and you may even get a visit from our resident Kookaburra family. You'll also be happy to know that we have other wildlife aplenty at the doorstep; goannas, bush turkey fam, and there's even a pond full of turtles to feed nearby too. We hope to welcome you back here again soon. *For groups larger than 6, please enquire withing for hosting group gatherings or events at our property which need access to the wider parts of the communal property (Games & Fitness Zone, Meadow Lawns, Pool House) -- however please remember we only offer this a number of times per year on a selected basis. If you are interested in holding an event here, please send through a booking request with your party idea / what you are wanting to do or create as we have a range of networks & suppliers which can help you bring your party or event vision/idea to life! Our property has been home to great Birthday Parties, Events & more. We require advance notice to organise or plan a larger event in order to make the space free/available and secure approvals through the appropriate channels from our wider Body Corporate Committee. The Chalet includes: Queen Bedroom 1 - the upstairs bedroom, queen bed, robes, Internet TV, as well as Ensuite 1 -- shower, vanity basin, and toilet. Kitchenette Double Bedroom 2 - double bed with Ensuite (ground floor), with Ensuite 2 -- the new bathroom, shower, vanity basin, and toilet. Kitchen Dining/Studio Living/Sitting room Laundry Cupboard Please note the following areas are Prohibited: Undercroft storage area, stairs to the undercroft. Via email and phone. Our property is nestled amongst the beautiful green hills of scenic Willow Vale. Located only 5 minutes to 3 shopping centers, gym, restaurants, cafes, and 10 minutes to the New Coomera Westfield and train station. The Westfield has Event cinemas, Japanese teppanyaki, German food, Betty’s Burgers, just to name a few… and plenty of shops to keep you busy for as long as the heart (or wallet) desires! If you’re up for an adventure kick on your hiking boots and take on one of the many private trails that meander through our common property at Willow Vale. There are green (easy), blue (intermediate), and red (hard) trails. One of them takes you to the summit of Mt Wongawallen. Or alternatively enjoy a game of tennis. After you’ve had your thrill-seeking fill, sit back and relax at the pool. Or, pour yourself a nice port or whiskey and settle in on the outdoor deck for some board games, or wildlife spotting. We often have kookaburras and native birds hanging about that you can feed. The Kookies LOVE mince, we usually stock some of this for your stay. You may also spot some other local natives - wallabies, kangaroos, bush turkeys, lizards, and more! For the animal lovers – be sure to visit the turtles down by the lake, and if you’re game to feed them they love to eat fish and insects. Accessible by car and taxi. Nearest train station is ten minutes away (Coomera).
