The Mansion, close to river

The home has four bedrooms and has been configured to sleep two families. We offer guests the use of our Kayak if you want to try your hand at paddling on the river. You also have the use of bikes so your family can enjoy a ride along the beautiful river foreshore. The property is secured by remote controlled gates and there is parking for up to two cars. Picnic basket and blanket, beach toys provided. Shady private outdoor area with BBQ and pool. Guests have the entire ground floor which includes a huge family lounge and dining area, a large second television/ activity room, four bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and private outdoor bbq and dining area. Perfect for one or two families. Access is through electric gates at the front of the property and a side gate. Car parking is secure inside the property. There is a large area for children to run around, ride bikes, scooters and be safe. Entry to the home is through two large double doors. You are provided with an electric gate key and key to the house. When we rent out the main home we are not here at the property. We are always a phone call away to assist in anyway to ensure our guests are comfortable. A quiet, precarious family friendly neighbourhood. One street away from the Swan River, parks, playgrounds, many cafe’s, restaurants, and shopping. 10min away from the City and from Fremantle.
