The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). My house is located in a very convenient area of Lawrenceville. It is walking distance to a few coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. There is a beautiful trail a block behind the house and the bus to either Trenton or Princeton is right in front of the house. The house is located within 3 miles of Rider College and The College of NJ, and under 7 miles to Princeton University, Mercer County College, and several other schools in the area. I am 45 minutes from Philadelphia and a little over an hour from New York City. Access to the guest room is from the back of the house. There is a private entrance off the back deck. The rest of the house is private and there is no access to it from the room. Please park to the left of the driveway. If you are traveling in two cars, one needs to be parked on the side street. I enjoy meeting my guests, and respect their privacy. I am always available either by text/phone all, or in person, if I am home. My neighborhood is well kept, and practical as far as walking up the street to pick up a sandwich or stopping in to the little grocery store to pick up a few things. I love the easy access to highways, buses, without diminishing the quaintness and privacy. 606 bus located in front of the house to head to Trenton and Trenton Transit where you can catch trains into NYC or Philadelphia. Across the street, you can catch the 606 bus to Princeton. I95 is located north about 4 miles up 206. There are several malls and shopping centers within 5 miles. During the winter, if there is snow, it would be best to park on the side street (free) until driveway is cleared.
