Guests are welcome to use the sauna, trampoline and enjoy the farm in line with safety guidelines and at their own risk. Children must be supervised in these areas at all times. It is very important that farm gates are closed immediately if you go through them as cattle can escape very quickly. The safety of our guests and our animals is our priority. Please ask for advice if you’re not sure how to feed or pat the animals Fire risk. Outdoor fires are prohibited by law from November to April. You may see someone working in the fields from time to time as the property is real farm. Very close to amenities and lovely small townships of the Adelaide Hills. Lots of great wineries to visit and beautiful countryside yet very close to the city. The Adelaide Hills are best navigated by vehicle. There is a bus stop right out the front of Fantastic Farm Retreat which takes you to Adelaide or Mt Barker We can supply a crib, baby bath and high chair on request If we are able to accommodate shorter visits these will be charged at a higher per night price since our prices are structured according to set minimum stay lengths.. Prepaid Mobile phone sims are easily available in Australia providing phone and data. Telstra has the best coverage outside of cities, though Optus is catching up. Early check in: We require 24 hours notice as we often have maintenance scheduled on the days which are not booked in between guest stays which we do our best to fit in with guest requests. Late check outs may be possible if the home is not booked by incoming guests the day you depart, though we still ask 7 days notice and we try to schedule maintenance to suit where possible. As other guests can instant book the home without contacting us first the only way to guarantee a mid-late afternoon check out is to book the extra evening
