Located in the suburb of BullCreek, the stand alone house is easily accessible to amenities and public transportation. App. 15 kilometer from Perth CBD, under normal traffic, 15 minutes to City. Gateway and Garden City shopping only 10 min away. We have 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living hall which can accommodate two extra guests. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the whole house where sliding door provide direct access to patio and garden. The house has a television, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer and a fully furnished kitchen facilities provided. Coffee, tea, jam and butter will be provided. Fruits will be provided upon request. Features of the house include fast wifi connection and smoke detector. We use quality bed sheets, comforters and pillows. All the rooms have a reversed cycled air conditioning. House is surrounded by trees and plants which make the area very cooling. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also provided for guests. Outdoor around the house including patio and garden. Car park will be provided for guests. Shirley was a retired Education Assistant at a primary school. Tuck Cheong works at University of Western Australia. We are living next door to the unit, as such would be very convenient for guests if they have any issue or if they need help. We are helpful and trustworthy people. We will help our guests live like locals, relax in our unit and enjoy the green environment. For guest who perfer privacy, just to let you know, our guests do not live with us. It is a separate building. Quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, safe environment and friendly neighbors. Parking available at premise. For public transport, 3 minutes walk to catch a bus and 15 minutes train ride to Perth City. Easy accessibility to restaurants and shopping around the suburb. This property is NOT for QUARANTINE as we share common access. No SMOKING is allowed inside the property.
