On The Strand Beach Apartment- Waterviews

Please note : Unfortunately our apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 3. Our Two bedroom apartment is located right on the strand with stunning water views from your own private balcony, lounge room and master bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished including private laundry and air conditioning through out. The apartment is family friendly with a good size lounge room with smart TV and a balcony which overlooks the strand. We have a fully functional kitchen and laundry and all items within the apartment are for your use. The apartment has a main bedroom with a queen size bed and a large walk in robe. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk on top (please refer to pictures) and double built in wardrobe. The apartment is located in a gated secure complex with undercover parking. There is 4 flights of stairs to get to our apartment as we are located on the top floor. Self check in is via a lockbox. Please be mindful that the allocated car spot is tight and if you have a large car there is visitor parking on the complex grounds however it’s not undercover. There is also ample street parking for larger vehicles. I am available to answer any questions via Airbnb messenger during your stay. I reside in Townsville, however do not usually have contact with my guests during their stay. Please note that the apartment is personally cleaned by me in line with Airbnb's COVID -19 policy. As we are located right on The Strand, the apartment is walking distance to numerous restaurants, cafe's, playgrounds, the rock pool, children's waterpark, local swimming pool and Jazzine Barracks. We are also located across the road from the best ice creamery in Townsville. We have stunning water views, with the beach just across the road. Our apartment, balcony and carpark is strictly non smoking. Please ensure you read our house rules before booking. Please advise when booking who you are travelling with and your reason for travelling, these helps to ensure I can cater for all your needs during your stay. No Parties permitted. No Pets allowed on the premises. Unfortunately we are unable to host children under the age of 3. This is due to being on the third floor with a balcony and there being bunk beds in the property.
