Available is a large attic style room with a queen size bed, it's own bathroom with spa bath, air conditioning, television, internet, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are also laundry facilities for your convenience. The price is for one queen size room for a single person or a couple. There is also another queen size room available @ a cost of $30.00 extra per person per night. This is flexible if family and can add an airbed to the mix. Delicious continental Breakfast Included! No cooking in the bedroom, but happy to share the kitchen for some evning meals. Transport In terms of transport, a parking space is available, the place is just walking distance to the tram, bus and shops. I am close to Box Hill with an abundance of asian restaurants I live in the eastern suburbs on the way to the Dandenong Ranges and are always happy to drive you to the station if we are home. Our house is close to Deakin University, Burwood campus. We are withing walking distance to the bus to Box Hill Hospital. Your Hosts I have been sharing our home with travellers for over 10 years and like people to feel at home when they are staying with me. Off street parking available and close to public transport. I respect my guests' privacy but also like to make them feel at home if they feel like a chat or share a wine or a coffee with me. My neighbourhood is safe, close to transport and shops with a nice park nearby if guests feel like a leisurely walk. Walking distance to the tram, which takes you to the city (approx 50 minutes) or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to Box Hill station. Train approximately 25 minutes to the city from Box Hill. Basic toiletries provided, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and hand wash. Fridge in room for personal use, Tea and coffee making facilities available at all times with ample breakfast provided in the kitchen. Lockable bedroom and bathroom.
