Ecological site, Surrounded by Flowers, Fruit trees, Water body and farm. City and village blend. Group Overnight stays- tea/cafe, Breakfast Only. Group Day tours- tea, snacks. Lunch, dinner, tea/cafe on demand in advance, with extra charges. Double beds in 2 bedrooms. Large day-bed & folding single beds in living room accordingly. Kitchenette, dinning, big Bathroom+WC in the house. Studio room with bathroom+WC. Big Veranda for Dinning out, with One Bathroom+WC+ One Indian WC. We book one group at a time for their privacy and exclusivity of the property if the group is 6 and more in number. The entire property is an ecological site (0 Carbon Footprint), therefore healthier for the tourists as well as for the environment thus air conditions and heaters are not required. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a common big toilet- bathtub and WC. Living room is large with a big day-bed, where 3 to 4 people can sleep. We put extra 5 to 6 single beds if required, in the living room. There is a large studio room with a Bathroom and WC. We add beds to make it the 3rd room which can house 5 to 6 people. It is overlooking the farm. Service quarter houses our staffs who reside permanently and the kitchen is adjacent to it, where the staff cooks the meals on order. The workers have a separate Indian style toilet. A big veranda amidst the garden is aligned with the service quarter. It is equipped with rustic log furniture for sitting chatting or working and also for having meals together especially for big groups. It also has an adjacent bathroom and WC. For the night stay guests- Tea/cafe and Breakfast. for the day tour guests- Tea/cafe and light Snacks. Lunch and Dinner can be provided on demand at the time of booking at extra cost. Maximum 20 people can be accommodated for night stay. Comfortable number is 16 to 18 people group. Up to 50 people for the day tour, can be accommodated. Guests can go around the property anywhere they want. In the farm, garden, and house. Only Kitchen, for the hygiene and staff-rooms, for the privacy sake, the access is prohibited. It is between two big cities Mumbai and Pune and has many tourist spots close by, such as the ancient caves. There are other adventure sport clubs such as hot-air balloon and Paragliding, trekking etc. Guests can visit the entire property. Guide for trekking can be made available only on prior demand. Taxis can be arranged on prior demand subject to availability. The manager and staff are available all the time. They would serve you according to the house rules. The manager will give you assistance only on asking. We respect the privacy of the guests. There are two villages nearby. The city people come for games and site seeing. The neighbours are very friendly, non interfering and come for help at any time. A walk into villages can be a good experience for those who have not seen Indian villages. We have 3 car parking space within our property. In case of more, we can request the farmers nearby. There are buses and private shared vans plying between the place and the railway station. Trains available to go to cities around. Taxi can be arranged on advance notice of 2 days. The site is in the interior and the vegetation is thick, so venturing out at night is risky. There is an open water body, not for swimming therefore children should be watched by their parents. There are wild animals in the property and they are harmless if not disturb. The property is situated in the wilderness, hence insects, reptiles, rodents are common feature. The electricity cuts are rampant. The inverters are used for lights and fans only. If the batteries exhaust, we provide emergency lights too. The solar powered hot water is combined with electric geyser. Indian conditions are to be taken in account especially in the rural areas.
