In a rural setting, on the edge of the thriving village community of picturesque St Agnes, we offer a lovely light studio perfect for a couple enjoying a short break. We are a busy young family with a delightful border collie who was originally hired to round up our five children! Since our house is adjoining, you are likely to see and hear small people and a hound from time to time in and out of our garden so if you're allergic to either we may not be for you! Our self contained studio comprises a living room with television leading onto a patio. A spacious dining/kitchen area includes for your needs: microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The shower room is compact, clean and functional and there is space to hang clothes, as well as a large chest of drawers in the cosy double bedroom. There is an outdoor area to the front of the house where guests can sit and enjoy morning or evening sun. The accommodation has its own entrance to the side of the main property. The rear entrance adjoins our own back garden. With our busy tribe, we rarely go away except for local trips so we are always very available to answer any of your questions. We are a sociable and friendly pair and, having grown up in the area, have a good knowledge of activities and attractions throughout Cornwall. From our lovely lodgings, you can stroll out on to many lovely walks, whether a half hour ramble to the breathtaking north Cornwall cliff tops or beaches, or a simple jaunt through fields to local shops and friendly pubs. While having so much on offer locally, St Agnes is also ideally placed if you want to stray a little further afield as the softer south coast beaches around Falmouth, the dramatic backdrop of St Micheal's Mount, or the quaint streets, eateries and shops of St Ives are only around 30 minutes drive away.
