"Ca da l'Av" is a lovely "Rustico" in the village of Lodano in Vallemaggia. The 300 years old house it has been renovated in 2017 with all today's comforts. New kitchen, 2 bedrooms, garden with pergola, barbecue. Located 15 minutes from Locarno and Ascona, 5 minutes walk from the river and dreamy waterfalls, starting point for beautiful hikes and mountain bikes trails. In 5 minutes you can be at the river where you can refresh yourself. 10 minutes by bike in Maggia you have all the shops, post, restaurants,.... 15-20min by car you'll be in Locarno or Ascona Public transportations are 7 min walk from the house, a bus that goes from Locarno to Bignasco and back goes by every hour from 6am to midnight. The Vallemaggia is pretty flat, going around by bike is very easy. In Lodano public parking is available for free 24/7.
