We welcome you to come and stay in our lovely quiet house in Central Lund with a large lush garden and a sunny terrace which is yours to enjoy. Clean, bright and comfortable. Modern but with some beautiful typical Swedish features like an open fireplace. Stay for one night or longer. Rent one or several rooms, up to four rooms. Full kitchen and laundry amenities included. Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) where you can cook and store your own food. Dining room, living room with TV and fast, free WiFi throughout the house (note: we fixed and upgraded our internet connection 19 March 2014 in case you read some comments about this in the reviews). 2 full bathrooms (note: another bathroom was added in December 2013 to better accommodate all guests) and 2 separate toilets. Terrace and garden with outdoor furniture. Children's equipment and furniture available on request. Cost per night: 360kr single 540kr double 720kr triple 900kr quadruple Including linen & towels. Note: we cannot fit more than 4 people in one room, so the automatic quote for any more people than that is a bit off and will have to be adjusted manually. If you are a group of more than 4 or if you are a group of any number above 1 person who wants to have separate rooms, please send an enquiry with desired room setup and we will provide the correct quote. Located in Planetstaden, 2 minutes walk to bus stop, 10 minutes walk to main town square in center of Lund, 15 minutes walk to University, 20 minutes walk to Train Station.
