Stay in and enjoy Netflix and Stan in our home theatre room/ gym or venture out and take on a local hiking trail. The new Moggill Village has opened around the corner and we are only 25 minutes from Brisbane CBD. Curl up with a book or get active with local hiking or mountain bike trails. Perfect for a weekend away for two or a relaxing family holiday away from the hustle. Sorry we don't allow any large gatherings or parties here, we like to think of our space more as a relaxing country retreat. A standout feature has to be the massive theatre/gym room. This area has been designed to take advantage of the tranquil surroundings via the large stacking doors and private deck with glass balustrade perfectly framing the view natural surroundings… You may be able to spot the occasional passing koala or curious wallaby. We have two undercover parking spots in a carport and street parking on Livesay Road is free. Public transport buses run along Livesay Street as well. We live in a quiet and family friendly neighbourhood that has easy access to all major highways, whether you are heading north, south, east or west. As we like our quiet surroundings, sorry we don't allow parties or large gatherings. Location is important, it’s a short stroll to the 443/444-bus route, providing quick and easy access to Kenmore, Indooroopilly and the City. The new Moggill Shops, Bellbowrie Plaza and Tavern is only a two minute drive, and only 15 minutes to get to Kenmore’s Shopping Precinct. Please read the house rules before booking.
