The villa is located in the town of Liencres (Piélagos-Cantabria), just 10 minutes from Santander, and just above the beach of Cerrias, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Surrounded by beaches, coves and beautiful walks, the house is ideal for lovers of nature, surfing or for those who simply need a little relaxation. The village of Liencres has all kinds of services (bars, supermarkets, hairdresser, park, restaurants ...) There are buses to Santader from Liencres every half hour. We live just 10 minutes from the house, in Soto de la Marina. We will be happy to assist you if you need our help. The house is located in a very quiet urbanization, just above the beach of Cerrías which is reached by stairs from the parking lot in front of the house. A few meters away is the Somocuevas beach, one of the most beautiful in Cantabria. You can also enjoy beautiful walks along the coast. There are buses every 30 minutes from Liencres to Santander and it takes 30 minutes to get to the city. By car it takes about 10-15 minutes. The distance from Liencres to Santander is 15 kilometers and from the house to the village of Liencres a kilometer approximately.
