The Irish and the Bull Teri Andre State Park, Elkhart race track, and Harbor View Water Park. Right off the 3 level deck is the lake. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, THE PRIVACY, the outdoor space, and the natural beauty of the property right on lake Michigan! Mid Century Modern home. All rooms have tall wide windows to bring the feel of nature inside. The living room, South room, and dining room face beautiful Lake Michigan. A natural peaceful setting surrounds my very private home. Pets are not allowed as of Jan. 2021. If this rule is broken, the host reserves the right to request you depart upon notice without any refund. The entire home is for your enjoyment upon booking. Yes, you can always reach (EMAIL HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Owner is not responsible for water conditions. This is a quiet peaceful, private home. No parties allowed. I do not allow for more than 6 guests in this home. Private. Note: Jan-May 31st. I have a min 2-night stay. June 1-Aug 31st. I have a min 7-night stay. NO PETS ALLOWED. 6 max guest rule. Should there be an exception allowed by me, there is a guest fee of $100.00. 1 additional person a night. 7 people must be approved by me first. Booking guest will be required to scan a copy of his/her license and fill out our 3 rental agreement forms at booking. Refund notice. 60 days 100% refund. Less than 60 day there will not be any refund offered. I provide cable TV in the living room & high-speed internet. There is no refund if you book for the Ryder Cup.
