Exclusive use of a modern studio with a total comfort king bed, lounge, dining kitchen, spa bath and toilet. Shared use of solar heated swimming pool. A retreat to escape the rat race and rejuvenate with spectacular gum studded country views and tranquil surroundings. Relax, Rejuvenate and feel the freedom of country views. If you are lucky you will wake up to additional views of friendly kangaroos & cows. Enjoy viewing the numerous birds. Guests have exclusive use of the studio room that contains sleeping, dining, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Many guests have commented on the amazing comfort of the king size bed. We are located in a country area of the Adelaide Hills on a 32 Acre property. Our closest neighbours include, dairy, horse and cattle farmers. Local shops are located at Meadows and Kangarilla. Meadows offers a general store, cafe's, a hotel, petrol station, post office, butcher, hairdressers and speciality shops. Kangarilla offers a post office/general store and petrol station. Parking is available on the property. There is no easy access to public transport. Drinking water is available in a cask in the pantry. The tap water is rainwater and should not be consumed. Supplies for morning breakfast are in the fridge & Some small treats are in the room. Water, tea, coffee & sugar are on the bench and in the pantry. Please note that there is an override switch on the wall that needs to be switched on for the oven and hotplates to work. Please leave all used towels in the bath when you depart. There is body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the dispenser in the shower. If using the spa jets on the bath, please make sure it is filled above the jets before turning the spa jets on. TV controls are near the TV and the air conditioner control is on the bookshelf. DVD’s can be hired from the mini-mart at Meadows. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00 pm Check In is at 2.00 pm and Checkout is at 1.00 pm, please message if you need any extension.
