This River View Vacation Rental provides everything you need during your stay. All Appliances, including Washer/Dryer and AC, Linens,Dishes,Pots, Pans etc. Grocery Store is 4 blocks away, if you plan to cook in. There are a variety of eateries from sandwiches, pizza, to gourmet restaurants. The bedroom contains a King bed. An additional portable Twin bed is also available, upon request. The couch can sleep 1 person, comparable to a twin bed. Perfect for a Couple, or small family. We are within walking distance of most of the attractions, .If you like to see where you are on foot, this is the place. park the car! Parking for one car is included in your rental. Its small and easy to get around. consider bringing bikes. We're 1/2 block from the St Lawrence River. bring the kayak or canoe. Theres a nearby boat launch and docking if you bring the boat. We live on the same street, so were usually around if you need us. We try to make sure you have everything you may need before you arrive. If you find we've missed something, a call or text is all that's necessary. Our goal is to make your vacation time in Clayton a memorable one. Our community has a full professional emergency crew and excellent fire department only blocks away and nearby Hospital and medical clinic in the event of an emergency or illness during your stay. Clayton is a small Village on the shore of the St Lawrence River, on the Canadian border. If you have plans to go across the border, bring your passport. To go over by Ferry boat and return by way of the 1000 Island bridge makes for a great day trip. There are many nearby attractions easily accessible from this location. WE have some of the most beautiful sunsets! You'll enjoy the front row seats waiting for you in many locations along the riverfront. Public transportation isn't a problem here We're very small, you can walk almost everywhere. We do have Uber available and Lyft for those times you may need transportation and don't wish to drive. We are within sight of the St Lawrence River. There are boat rentals available. If you'd rather you can take a boat ride at the Antique Boat Museum on an old speedboat. Another option would be a boat cruise to visit the castles here in the 1000 Islands, Boldt Castle and Singer Castle. If you own a Kayak or a canoe, bring it. We have the perfect spot. !! Bikes are a good thing if you like to travel at your own pace. . We have wineries and distilleries, Art Galleries, and a Craft School . Museums, and many shops to wander through. State Parks with sand beaches are numerous in the area. Right in the center of the village is a great park for the little ones. You'll find Yoga classes available on a walk in basis everyday (except sunday) Also a full gym , walk ins welcome. Its all here! There something here for everyone and more than whats listed here.
