Beautiful view of the Ohio River

This 2 bedroom house is located on the sharpest bend on the Ohio River at the mouth of the Little Kanawha river. Enjoy the panoramic view from the privacy of the deck. Plenty of private parking on a secluded street. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business stay or a couples retreat. I travel a lot myself. Checkin is super easy and I am always accessible by phone. If you message me and I don’t reply, please call me. Very unique raised ranch style home with a spectacular view of the Ohio River right out the front window or from deck. It is 2 bedroom and one bath with 2 very comfortable queen size beds. Sit at your work space and look out over the river while you work. The deck has a grill and seating for 4. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. There is a Keurig coffee maker and pods with cream and sugar. Some guests leave non perishable food which I leave there for future guests so feel free to eat any caned food, soda, beer, or other packages food that gets left. The TV has a digital antenna because the only cable available at this property is terrible. All networks should be available. The internet is shared with my property across the street via WiFi. Guests have Access to the entire main floor but the Garage is private as I keep my lawn tractor in it. If I am out of town I have someone who is close and available to help out. I am always reachable, 24/7. Nice quiet area with good neighbors and plenty of nice roads to jog or bike on. There is a marina at the corner and a public boat launch about a mile away. Down town Parkersburg is within walking distance via the Belpre Bridge and offers several coffee shops as well as a new micro brewery on Markert Street. Historic Blennerhassett Island can be seen from Blennerhassett Avenue just a block away and seasonal boat tours are offered from the point across the river in Parkersburg. This area is improving all the time and the neighbors are great so don’t be surprised if everyone waves and smiles like they know you. There is an Arlo security camera at the front door that I use to detect when someone checks in or checks out and for security while the place is unoccupied.
