The Villa of 405 sqm is by the lake, can fit up to 12 people and it's on 2 levels, including: - brand new and spacious kitchen equipped with wine cellar, ample fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffe machine, tea pot, other kitchen equipment and large wooden table with 12 seats; -open space living room with a large and comfortable sofa, satellite TV with DVD player and SKY decoder, and a romantic fireplace; - new private pool with whirlpool and massagging waterfall (heated from may to september); - new relax area inside with sauna,tea room and chromoterapic shower; - big terraces with outdoor furniture as sofas, table, chairs and other equipment; - patio by the pool with majestic views; - four bedrooms with lake view, each one with a private bathroom, satellite tv and a direct access to the garden: •1 suite (44sqm), with double bed and a double sofa bed •1 junior suite (30 sqm), with double bed and double sofa bed •1 bedroom with double bed(24 sqm) •1 bedroom with double bed (21 sqm) -1 extra bathroom (with washing machine). The Villa is private and independent but the olive grove with barbecue and playground area and the outside parkings are shared with the guests of the Bellagio Village Residence. The reception staff speaks italian, english and french language. If not on site, you can easily reach the staff by telephone for any kind of problem or information regarding the building, the surrounded area and the neighbouring villages. The Villa Costanza is situated in a typical lake small town along the lakebanks of Como Lake in a quiet and strategic position in the middle between Bellagio and Lecco. The boat stop can be reached in 10 minutes walking by the lake. Nearby the Villa there are bars, restaurants, common and private beaches, soccer field and tennis course. Children under 6 years old stay for free. The tourist tax isn't included and amounts to € 1.50 per person, per night and it'll be paid IN CASH when you check out.
