Detached 3 bedroom holiday cottage in the heart of Brandesburton village, close to the market town of Beverley, the Yorkshire Wolds and beautiful beaches of Hornsea and Bridlington. An ideal place for families and friends to get together, relax and enjoy at any time of the year. Lots of local activities including Jet skiing, Golf, sailing, shooting, fishing and more. This farmhouse was recently restored bringing it into the 21st century while maintaining its charming character from the outside and cosy feel on the inside. The property is within a few seconds walk of a post office and small shop for all essential items needed for your stay. The ground floor consists of Entrance Hall, Utility, Bathroom, Large Kitchen with huge granite island. Living room and dining room capable of seating 6-8 people comfortably. If you are of the musical type please enjoy playing the Piano and Guitars. All the bedrooms are of a great size. The master room comprising of large fitted wardrobes, King size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2- has a King size bed and colour scheme inspired by the ever popular farrow and ball range. We call this room the country room. Bedroom 3- is a spacious twin room with 2 single beds with plenty of space between. A large family bathroom shared between bedroom 2 and 3 with shower and bath. Private enclosed grassed garden safe for children which is not overlooked. Car Parking available for 2 vehicles at the property. Please take full advantage of our coffee machine and pods, complimentary breakfast items including, Bread, Milk, Cereal packs and whole range of nice to have products. Laundry machines are available in the utility room area for our guests to use. We offer a meet and greet service if you prefer or a key drop box. Brandesburton is a delightful village having many of it's own amenities such as pubs, restaurants and takeaways, also the village stores (costcutter) right opposite corner farm for your holiday essentials. The village is very central for days out along the east coast, Hornsea being the closest seaside resort of about a 20 minute drive away. The historic town of Whitby and Count Drakula are about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive. Whitby has a lovely harbour walk and lots of boutique style shops. The market town of Beverley is only 4 miles away and has a fabulous market on a Saturday in King's Square, worth a visit.
