Bright Bedroom in Modern House in Eastgardens

House is located in a strategic location. Walking vicinity to Westfield Eastgardens, major public transport to Central Station, Sydney CBD, Airport, Bondi Junction. Less than 15 mins drive to Maroubra Beach. If you prefer afternoon jog, this is a perfect location as it is close to parks. I love gardening so if you fancy a cup of tea for your afternoon, you can sit on my pergola overlooking my garden. Or otherwise, it is as enjoyable to stay inside with my Orchid range. I respect cleanliness, and that is what you will find when you first enter the house . If you find it the same, then you will enjoy staying in my house. I look gardening so you will enjoy sitting at the back enjoying your relax afternoon looking at the garden or just have a fresh air. Also, you are welcome to use any common facilities. i.e. Kitchen, however, simple cooking is very much appreciated. Pergola with outdoor sitting, laundry room. Kitchen is only used for simple cooking. Very quiet street and nice residential area. Close to Westfield mall and local supermarket for your grocery. Close to major public transport and parks. Beaches are easily accessible by bus or short drive less than 15 mins. If you have a car, there is plenty off street all day free parking. Otherwise, it is very easy to get around with public transport. The nearest bus stop is within 2 mins walk which routes go to Central Station, Sydney CBD or Opera House (Circular Quay). Please clean as you go rules. Please wash and dry all the used plates and put back to their respective shelf. Simple cooking is very much appreciated. Quiet times from 11 PM until 7 AM. Please help save environment by turning off lights and devices if unused.
