Great transport facilities, with many buses going every direction possible. Quiet residential neighbourhood with all the amenities needed (shops, cafes, bars, restaurants,etc). Great base for exploring our wonderful Island! The pool at the apartments Verdemar sits on the sea edge and offers panoramic views of the stunning bay. Your within a short walk of the beach where you will find a wide range of water sports and activities on offer. The complex has a pool and lounge bar restaurant with a large terrace serving snacks and drinks threw the day and till late evening. We believe in giving our guests the total space free of interruption and will only interact on request and are available by text, Airbnb message or phone. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Very safe. There are buses every 20 minutes to Palma and from different parts of the island as Sineu, Manacor, Inca, Sa Pobla, Andratx, etc. The Bus station is 5 minutes from the apartment. The A/C is optional and has an extra cost if you wish to make use of it, it's 25 € for three days or 40€ per week. At the apartment you also have optional WI-FI available with a surcharge.
