Poolside Studio in the heart of Birchgrove

A delightful and modern pool side studio with the option to flex between 1 or 2 bedrooms. Set 15 mins from the Sydney CBD and in the heart of Birchgrove, where you can enjoy the expansive parklands that spill onto the harbour, delicious cafes and nostalgic corner stores. There are also the vibrant shops and restaurants of Balmain’s famous Darling St. The studio is located at the end of our garden and right next to the pool. The studio is new, modern and has a private entrance. The studio also has privacy panels to provide privacy to any guests and our family. The rooms can be setup as 3 options: Option 1 = two double rooms each with king sized beds Option 2 = two double rooms, with king sized bed in one and a single bed in the other (additional camp stretcher can be provided) Option 3 = one extra large room with king sized bed and day bed Guests can access the small patio next to the Studio along with the pool and pool area. We would prefer they do not access the deck area attached to the main house. Guests can get in contact by phone or email if they need anything. The property is located near to many harbour side parks, the beautiful Birchgrove Oval, the famous Dawn Fraser baths, many historic sites and the vibrant shops, cafes and restaurants of Darling Street. Buses into the city are 5 mins walk away. The Balmain ferry is a 12 mins walk. The property is located within 5-10 mins walk to buses and ferries which will take you into the heart of the city or further afield to explore.
