The cottage is built on the property of the owner's house but has its own entrance. The cottage is located in a nice quiet residential area just 1 km from the Royal Palace Soestdijk. The wooded area is a paradise for cyclists, walkers, horse riders. The cottage has its own terrace in the owner's garden. Public transport brings you within 50 min. into the city of Amsterdam (35 min. by car) and within 40 min. into the city of Utrecht (25 min. by car). - Netflix - Fast Internet Netflix & YouTube available on TV Fast internet (500 mBit/s up and down on cable, > 440 Mbit/s on Wifi, see picture) The Cottage has been completely renovated in 2019 and can be booked since April 2019. The Kitchen (2019) is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, senseo coffee machines, a kettle and a slow juicer. The two single beds are upstairs in an open space that is not closed off from the stairs and the living room. You have to go through this space to get to the bedroom with the double bed and the adjoining bathroom. Upon request, one single bed can be exchanged for a working desk. The whole cottage is for the guests as well as a terrace behind the cottage. The owners live in the main house and will be avilable to help you to get around. Soest is a nice village in a wooded area. The Palace Soestdijk is within walking distance from the house. The area is very convenient for cyclists with bycicle paths everywhere outside the villages. Supermarkets and shops are within 1 km from the cottage. The nearest busstation is a few minutes walk from the house. Bus-train connections are easily accessible in all directions. Amsterdam city center door-to-door with public transport within 50 minutes (download the app '9292' for public transport info in the Netherlands) Amsterdam City center to reach in 35 minutes by car. Cheap and convenient parking facilities (P+R) in Amsterdam available. ASK US FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THIS (the parkings in the city center are very expensive). Bicycles kan be rented in a shop nearby (1 km from the house).
