2 units side by side, perfect for larger families

Accomodations in a beautiful Blue Mountains with bush setting. Sleeping up to 6 guests. (Can accommodate 2 extra people , Just ask) Granny flat apartments adjoining side by side both with own bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette. Perfect for 2 families or group a group of travellers on a road trip. Large outdoor hot tub included. The space comprises of 2 self contained units directly next door to each other. The units are attached to our main house but both units have their own lockable doors to the front and back. One is a cabin style studio with outdoor deck and new modern bathroom as well as queen bed and sofa/ double bed. The other accomodation is larger with a bedroom with queen bed and double sofa bed in lounge area, also having a dining area and seperate kitchen, and both accomodations have access to our large outdoor patio where you can have group BBQs and fit up to 8 people in our luxury outdoor hot tub. Your accommodations are on the ground floor both having their own access to front and back, with car parking spaces right out the front. Although the flat is self contained and private, it is attached to the main house so we do live on the property and we do respect your privacy when you are out enjoying the outdoor area. We are available to give you any advice on local activities, and things to do during your stay. One of us will usually be around if you need anything so give us a knock on the main door. We may bump into each other outside. We are quite sociable and happy to have a chat and a glass of wine, but we also respect your privacy and will be happy to leave you in peace. 2 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to 'Glenbrook' which is first entry point to the Blue Mountains National Park. Its a lovely village boasting fabulous cafes,restaurants,gift shops, parks,bush walks, local cinema,great views, and bushwalks with lookout points. Glenbrook is also known for the 'Jellybean' pools which are natural rock pools surrounded by cliffs. 10 minutes walk to Glenbrook large outdoor heated swimming pool. 15 minutes drive to the Nepean river where you can take boat tours or walk by the water. 30-minute drive to Leura and Katoomba, the home of the Three Sisters and some of the Mountains' best coffee, dining and boutiques. We have a large driveway, you can park on the drive right in front of the apartment door. It is a fairly steep driveway so If you prefer you can park on the street, it is a quiet cul de sac with plenty of space. We are just off the 'Great Western Highway' which is easy access to the main route through the Blue Mountains. There is a tourist information centre which is a 15 minute walk. The closest train station is Glenbrook station. This is a 20 minute walk from our house. (Approx 2km) It is a five minute walk to the main road (the Great Western Highway) where you can catch a bus up or down the mountain. Although we allow groups of 6 we are not a party house and we do live on the property. We are happy with groups of families or people just passing through who just want to relax for a night or 2 or 3. :-) The sofa in the Cabin is more suitable for kids or 1 adult.
