Natures Best - Brand New Apartment

Modern self-contained accommodation in a quiet leafy area of Mt Eliza which is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. With a nature reserve at the rear of the property and a short 5 min drive to the village amenities and local beaches. Natures Best is within easy reach of local cafes, restaurants, wineries, hot springs, galleries and much more. Only an hours drive from the city of Melbourne, Natures Best is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the Mornington Peninsula. The accommodation is a brand new self contained apartment attached to the main house with a totally separate entrance for guests to come and go as they wish. There is plenty of off road parking outside the property. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room located in the garden which boasts a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with ironing board. There is also a small Webber BBQ for guests to use outside the accommodation and use of the pool during summer months 10am - 8pm. There is also a home gym in a room at the side of the property which is equipped with commercial gym equipment consisting of Cross Trainer, Treadmill, Rowing Machine, Exercise Bike, Mats, Small Hand Weights and a 75 inch TV and Sound Bar. The gym can be used between the hours of 10am - 6pm. As we live above the apartment we are always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. We do however leave for work during the day and at weekends we as a family are in an out of the property quite frequently. We will always say Hello if we are around but we would like you to have your privacy as much as possible so you can enjoy your stay. We live on a very peaceful and tranquil street with just the sound of the local birds to listen to. The main highway is a 2 min drive away. I would recommend the use of a car as public transport and taxi services are very few and far between on The Peninsula although a regular bus service is available and a bus stop a 10 min walk away. The main train line is located in Frankston a 15 min drive away and this has direct trains to and from the city. The skybus from the airport also stops locally. UBER operates in the area.
