The hosts have access to the whole apartment, to both parkings and to the pine trees area / garden which belongs to the building as a commun area being also a direct access to the beach. The neighbourhood is basically composed by families spending their holidays, and nature outdoors and water sports lovers (golf, surf, kayak, hiking,..) Mogro has a taxi, bus and train service. In the town the distances are very small and it would be better to take a walk. Mogro town is located at the Cantabrian coast and 15 minutes from Santander and Torrelavega, where you can find a big and wide cultural, commercial, leisure and gastronomical offer.
