Movie nights and minibar.

We are a unique stay, an old house remodeled in detail into a modern mood lit space. We showcase a cosy movie area featuring a huge 75" UHD TV with true Dolby surround sound giving a truly cinema like experience. Even if movies aren't your thing, the space is well equipped for a comfortable stay and all bedding is hotel grade. A totally remodelled space giving a totally modern, mood lit private homestay. Our theme (movies and minibar) gives guests the opportunity to enjoy a truly cinematic experience with a huge 75" UHD TV with a powerful Dolby 5:1 surround sound system. Netflix and Disney included. So bring your drinks and snacks, stock the movie room chiller and turn on the ice maker and enjoy a night at the movies. The space includes Medium size bedroom, bathroom with shower and private access to garden. All self contained and private, the space is located in the downstairs level of the property and on a residential street with parking on the driveway. Our side of the street does not have clear house numbers, however when driving down the street look on the right for number 132....THIS IS NOT OUR HOUSE but our property is opposite. Please park on the drive and walk through the gates and down the side of the property. On arrival you will see our street is long with light traffic, entrance is from the side entrance but the property is rear facing with little noise. The neighbourhood is quite social and neighbours love to be in their gardens on warm days doing what they do so there may be some daytime/early evening noise. We are on the edge of town just bordering the green belt and there are some lovely walks and good food pubs very locally, particularly one called 'Whistling Wren', just four minutes walk away. You can walk into town, less than 10 minutes away but there is a fab retail park canned Parsonage retail park 4 minutes drive which has done great stores. We also have a small shop 20 seconds walk from our place selling groceries, drinks and snacks. Walking to the country Park is easy, footpaths start just 100 yards away....or walk into town in 8 minutes where bus routes to the Manchester city and other towns are available. The nearest Train station is Atherton, 4 miles away. On your first day of arrival there will be a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, mineral water etc. Minibar fridge stocked with soft drinks and snacks. Be sure to bring food if you love to cook...bring drink and stock the minibar. Towels, soaps and washing powders are included....tooth brushes and paste isn't. Please note the TV has full access to Netflix, Disney, Youtube, catchup TV plus other apps but it does not have a terrestrial ariel, so no BBC, ITV and other similar channels.
