Top floor, 135 sqm., 5 rooms, Fin de siecle apartment. Situated as central as possible on Grunerløkka. Public transportation like bus 21 just outside the door and tram 11,12&13 a few meters away. Two main bedrooms and two livingrooms with sofabeds. My apartment used to belong to the director of Ringnes Brewery - Oslo and Norways biggest brewery - which entrance until recently where situated with a direct view from the balcony. Now the brewery have been turned into shopping, a cinema and apartments which still uses the name Ringnes Park. I recently heard from one of my neighbours that our building is considered to be the most central location in Oslo. We have 8 grocerystore within the reach of 150 meters, the Airport Coach leaving outside our main door, public transport like one of the central buss routes also available just outside the door as well as three tram lines within 150 meter. Even if the apartment is situated on one of the central axis of Oslo the backyard is very tranquil and I do believe that even if this is an urban apartment with trafic noise the apartment still contains peacefull areas. The apartment contain 2 main bedrooms, a studio and a livingroom. While the two bedrooms contains double beds - 160 cm - the studio and living room each contain two single - 80 cm - sofabeds which may be put together into double beds. All sofabeds are equipped with extra top level mattresses for extra comfort. I will be able at all time either by phone, text or email. If in need of any tips or assistance related to your visit to Oslo please do not hesitate to get in touch Grünerløkka is a district of the city of Oslo, Norway. Grünerløkka became part of the city of Oslo in 1858. Grünerløkka is a traditional working class district, but from the late 20th century a gentrification process has taken place in the area. Although it is located in the East End, it has a relatively high price level today compared to other East End areas. It also is considered to be a very hip & revamped neighboorhood. Like this description from Lonely Planet attempts to describe: "Former factory district turned fashion hub, with laid-back cafes and galleries galore, Grünerløkka is a colourful mix of old and new decor. Independent boutiques and design shops showcase Oslo’s more alternative side, with 19th-century buildings serving as a picturesque backdrop. Recharge with a beer from the local brewery at Grunerløkka Brygghus (Website hidden by Airbnb) Pop into the Sunday Birkelunden bric-a-brac market to fashionistas on the prowl for vintage items ranging from jewellery and vinyl to kitchenware and antique furniture. Take the 11, 12 or 13 trams to Olav Ryes plass and continue for a stroll" Flybussen FB5 stop SANNERGATA is just outside the apartment. At the same buss stop you may also gain access to buss 21 - which also run an all night service through the weekends - as well as 33. Tram 11, 12, 13 stop BIRKELUNDEN is also very close. approximately 100 m The door leading out to the backyard from the kitchen may be a bit tricky. Due to recent renovation it needs a, little push. Please find the keys to the side of the door.
