The studio is in a wonderful Villa, built in 1902, fully renovated in 2016; two minutes away from the Sapri's beach. The studio is large and fully equipped, located at the ground floor, leading to the villa's private garden, with citrus and oranges trees and an old well. The studio comprises a nice and bright living room, with direct access to the garden, a kitchenette fully equipped with kitchenware, one double bedroom, one bathroom and outdoor spaces. The accommodation is fully serviced with bed linen and towels, free wifi, air conditioning/heating and private safe. Guests have access to the villa's private garden. My family lives in the villa, always at disposal of guests but very respectful of guests privacy. Guests are provided with keys and they have free access to the premises. The villa is located in the center of Sapri, 80 meters far from the beach. Everything is reachable easily on foot. The village is small, nice and charming. Public services are reachable on foot. The rail station is close (10 minutes walk) as well as the public Hospital and shops. The villa is close to amenities. The port and the sailing center are within 15 minutes walk along the beach. Parking is very easy. Car, bike and boat rental is available. Within a few kilometers are Palinuro, Scario and Maratea.
