[ My house is licensed by the Korean Government to rent ] My house is in a great location. Just 5 minutes from the subway station(Gyengbokgung Station) and Airbus stop. You can use the whole house. And it is a private house because it has separate houses and entrances. There are many famous places around my house. Royal palace(Gyengbokgung), Gwanghwamun Square, Bukchon, Myungdong.. All these places are within walking distance. You must have a lot of fun if you take a slow walk around my house. My house sleeps up to 5 peoples (2 double beds + 1 single bed+ 1 sofa bed), FREE wifi. private house only for you and your group. You won't share with anyone else. My house is on the 1 floor. the heating system is ONDOL(floor heating). Fresh washing bedding & Towel are provided each time the guest changes. There are two Rooms and a Toilet, a Kitchen. - Two Duoble beds in the big room (Room #A) - The small room has one single bed. (Room #B) Max. 6 adults can sleep comfortably. whole house : 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a toilet I am usually out of Seoul so I may not be able to check you in personally. No problem! If I can't check you up, my friend will welcome to you. Closest subway stations are close to many other famous places. It is also walkable to a lot of shopping, exhibits, street foods, and local restaurants. You can go any hot-place in just minutes in Seoul. (by subway ; Dongdaemun 15min, Myeongdong 13min, Hongdae 24min, Gangnam 30min, Itaewon 22min) Hello Seochon is located in a very exciting area. My place is close to Royal palace(Gyengbokgung),National Folk Museum, Gwanghwamun Square, Bukchon, Myungdong.. This street of near Gyengbokgung is the famous interesting district in Korea. There are lots of delicious Korean local restaurants near my house.(walkable) I'll give you a lot of local information. it's Good location for Relaxing, City touring and Shopping. 1. Airport Bus - Incheon Airport BUS No. 6011 station ; 5 min.(Distance:300m) 2.Subway - Gyengbokgung station.(Line No.3) ; 5min.(Distance: 300m) - Gwanghwamun Station(Line No.5) ; 15min.(Distance: 800m) 1. Do not smoking in the room. 2. This is residential area. please be quiet after midnight. 3. please turn off all the electric power when you go out. 4. please take off your shoes indoors. 5. Please keep your check-out time. (AM 11:00) 6. CAM in front of outside entrance door is for guest's safety and security.
