A hidden gem Annexe in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. A short distance from all amenities, forest walks and sightseeing. Private entrance with large secure parking area and electric gates. A cosy gas centrally heated area with a double bed, settee, kitchen area and shower room. It is very light and airy with five windows. The area is very quiet next to open fields. There is secure facilities for cycles. A small private balcony with comfortable seating. 3 min to Wood. There is a balcony with a comfortable table and chairs for you to enjoy. There is a separate small shower room which has a slanted ceiling. A settee in front of the SMART TV with access to Netflix. A small table and chairs are near the kitchen area. 5 windows with plenty of light and black out blinds for night privacy. You have your own entrance as it is to the side of the Annexe building. The annexe is up above. it is best to park over on the right hand side so it is easy to get in and out though electric gates. Availability for advice and guidance of area by phone and email. Situated within the beautiful Forest of Dean, 2 miles from Symonds Yat and 1 mile from Speech House, with forest walks and excellent cycle tracks on the doorstep. on the doorstep. The stunning River Wye Valley is located 3 miles away with breathtaking views and the iconic Offa's Dyke trail. The Annexe is in a very quiet and rural setting, with local shops, pubs, takeaways and amenities close by. Public transport available and excellent walking and cycling routes.
