Beach house with view to the lagoon

Casa de praia antiga, recuperada, acolhedora, na rua pedestre principal, com terraço com vista para a ria e um pátio com flores e produtos da nossa horta. A 5 minutos a pé da praia e a 100 metros das lojas, do mercado de peixe fresco e legumes. House with a view to the lagoon , with a front terrace and a back terrace with a little garden with aromatic plants and where you can catch yourself organic vegetables. The house has 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 1 single room. It has also a living room with a bedsofa and a spacious dining room. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven, fridge and freezer. A bathroom with shower and an exterior WC with washing machine. Bycicles can also be provived. You can take a drink enjoying the view of the lagoon from our front terrace. In our back terrace you can have nice meals and enjoy the pleasant space. We have an aromatic little garden with production of some vegetables. We will always be available to help you with all the questions about the house, the place and other things you may need. The beach of Costa Nova is between the sea and the Ria de Aveiro, one of the best Portuguese beaches to practice water sports. Walking along the foot street you will find the "Palheiros" - bright coloured houses painted with stripes and where we can eat the"Bolacha Americana" - a typical biscuit. The house is 2 minutes away from beach and if you came from Aveiro city you can take a bus that stops just in front of the house or you can also take a taxi .
