Guests have private access to the entire unit and courtyard. The property is accessed through a shared driveway with neighbouring units. 1 car spot is allocated to guests in the driveway as standard. Local take-away shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, public library, hot bread shop, clothing and shoe shops, nail salon, hair dresser, and more. Greensborough Shopping Centre is also only a 5 min drive away with plenty to choose from including Hoyts Cinema. TIP: If (like me!) you’ve got a sweet tooth, definitely visit Wish Upon a Cupcake around the corner in Devonshire Rd. Chantelle’s cupcakes do not disappoint! :) Watsonia Train Station is only a short 5 min walk from the property. Bus stops and local parks/walking routes also within walking distance of the property.
