Family seaside house in Mouries

A cozy and bright three-story house, 150m from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 people for quiet and quality family holidays at the settlement Mouries of Dionisiou Beach in Chalkidiki, Greece. Within walking distance of a few minutes, there are several beach bars, restaurants and mini markets while, Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) is a 40-minute drive (50 km). Moreover, an airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost. Τhe house has a small garden with a cozy terrace with a table and chairs. On the ground floor, there is the living room, the fireplace, the kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower. The living room has a three-seater and a two-seater couch, an armchair and a dinner table with 6 chairs. The three-seater couch can be converted into a double bed. Τhe upper floor has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, a balcony and one bathroom. The lower floor has two single beds and a triple - wardrobe.
