Peaceful small room overlooking beautiful park

Our house is next door to a lovely big park with a cafe. High Street is 3 minutes away, with shops, pubs and cafes. The area is very quiet with frequent buses to Bristol City Centre approx. 7 miles away. We are close to UWE and Emersons Business Park This is a small room overlooking the lovely park. It has a double bed. It is very peaceful and next door to the bathroom. The price of the room is £30 for one person and £45 for two. You are welcome to use the kitchen, 'dining' room and garden. I'm available as much as you need. There is a lovely large park with a cafe next door to the house. The high street is 3 minutes away with shops, pubs and cafes. Buses go regularly about every 20 minutes to Bristol City Centre - about 7 miles away. The Bristol to Bath cycle path is 5 minutes away. We are close to UWE and Emersons Green Business Park. You can park on the street outside the house (usually). The dog is very friendsly and there is on-street parking. I share the house with one guy.
